Worth the read/listen.

It’s worth the listen, but I suggest speeding it up to 1.25 for the pace. Nothing life changing in here for me; but that may be because I’m approaching my mid 30’s. I will say as the “overly independent” one, it did teach me to let a man help me. They want to do it anyway! It makes then feel good. And if you’re worried they’ll think you owe them something in return, ya don’t!
