Publisher's Summary

"In a world where dreams are real, nightmares reign."

Around the world humans are hallucinating after sleepless nights.

In a sterile, underground institute the forecasters keep reporting the same events.

And in the backwoods of Texas, a 16-year-old girl is about to be caught up in a fierce, ethereal battle.

Meet Roya Stark. She drowns every night in her dreams, spends her hours reading classic literature to avoid her family's ridicule, and is prone to premonitions - which are becoming more frequent. And now her dreams are filled with strangers offering to reveal what she has always wanted to know: Who is she? That's the question that haunts her, and she's about to find out. But will Roya live to regret learning the truth?

if you're an adult you might want to steer clear !

this book is geared toward adolescents, as an adult I found it quite tedious.

Out to save the world

These are the thirteenth to fifteenth books I’ve read/listened to by this author and I am going to listen to more! This series did not disappoint. She has become one of my favorite YA/ Sci-fi authors. Previously, I’ve listened to Olento Series, Ren Series, Reverians series, and The Ghost Squadron: Formation.

Each book could be read independently, and there is a degree of conclusion at the end of each, however it is best to listen to all three to understand the entire storyline. I noticed another reviewer stated they did not understand the dream travel ability. I suppose listening to one of the other series first may be beneficial, they focus more on how the ability manifests.
Ren is back! I love this character- In the dream traveller books, (aside from some people having the ability to dream travel) Ren is a common thread throughout. In each book we learn a little bit more about his complex personality/history and he is the tie for many characters.

This is the tenth to twelfth book I’ve listened to by this narrator ( Elizabeth Klett ) and I will continue to listen to more. I really enjoy her narration style- it immerses me into the book forgetting I’m being read to. She does really well giving each character a distinct voice.

There are no explicit sex scenes, excessive violence or swearing.

I was given this free review copy audiobook at my request and voluntarily left this unbiased review.

Definitely a must read! I really enjoyed listening to this trilogy where I got lost with the characters and their world of dream travels. The author was new to me but now she has gained a new fan. Thank you.

Love this Box set had to get it

This was a great listen. I saw it and had to grab it. My first from this author . And Elizabeth was great as a narrator. She brought the story to life and her voice was great .
Love how this took the heroine and took you from her early yrs to when she’s much older .

Heroine is Roya. Hero is Ren . Book 1 told about Royal early years. Each part of gre box set was another Chapter in Roya live Ren meets Royal and she has a decision to make.
Grab it and see does she make the right one

Dreams can be Dangerous

Interesting stories about people who have the power to travel while they sleep. Would you want to have that power? They train and use their power for good.

A great series to listen to

Would you listen to The Lucidites Boxed Set again? Why?

yes for sure. The author Sarah Noffke is really great and talented and her narrator Elizabeth is awesome.

What did you like best about this story?

the twists and turns plus surprises that you didn't see coming. Sarah is a author that will grab your attention and wont let go.

Have you listened to any of Elizabeth Klett’s other performances before? How does this one compare?

yes and the ones that I listened to are just as fantastic as this series. She has become one of my favorite narrators.

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

yes it made me laugh, cry, furious, and stunned during reading it.

Any additional comments?

Book 1-3 this is a great book series with lots of twists and turns. Awoken introduces you to a great set of characters consisting of Roya, Aiden, Ren, who is one of my all time favorite characters and more that I just loved. it has a great antagonist in Zhuang. I loved Roya, Ren and his snarkyness, I loved the scene where when Roya was declared the Challenger instead of Misty and all the scenes where Roya and Aiden interacted. book 2 will leave you well Stunned with the ending. and Book 3 Revived will bring out all the secrets and is a rollercoaster ride of a book but will leave you happy. All in all to have all of this trilogy in one audio boxset is just awesome because you don't have to stop to switch just keep listening.

In love with the dream traveller series'

First things first.
I was provided with a free copy of this box set by the author.

Now, what can I say about this series that doesn't give it away but at the same time, makes others want to read it....

Sarah Noffke is BRILLIANT!
There is no other way to describe her. Her creative mind is absolute genius.

I have never been much of a fan of YA books. I would prefer to stick to what I am used to, however, a friend suggested the dream traveller series' and I figured, why not?!
I was hooked instantly!
I just can't get enough of them.

The Lucidites trilogy had me begging for more and more.
I am Roya's biggest fan. I adore her. Roya might just be a pain in Sarah's behind, wouldn't surprise me if she is, however, I think she is worth the stress she causes.
The Lucidites and Roya were my happy place for many many hours and I am sad that they are gone but so glad they came into my life.

If you haven't read any of Sarah's work then you're missing out!
I promise, you won't be disappointed, so take the chance and dive into the world of Dream Travellers.

**Narration**
There could never be a better person to narrate these books. Elizabeth is absolutely brilliant.

Magical new world, definitely worth a listen!

Where does The Lucidites Boxed Set rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

I really enjoyed this series. The Lucidite's universe creates a really interesting take on dreams and is dynamic platform for this story. Book one is bold, daring and a bit of a thriller. I loved the drama of the first book and the classic plot line of good vs. evil challenging an unsuspecting hero. Book two reads a bit like a romance novel, focusing mostly on a frustrating love triangle. I don't particularly love these kinds of love stories, but for those who enjoy romance it's an awesome continuation of the story. My favorite part of book two was definitely the very end, which literally made my jaw drop and made it impossible to not go on to book three. Book three was my favorite of the series, mixing interesting plot twists with bits of romance, epic drama and raw emotion. I was moved to tears several times throughout the series and definitely recommend it.

What about Elizabeth Klett’s performance did you like?

Elizabeth Klett has that magical way of making each character in a book totally distinct, so that you know exactly who is speaking. She makes it easy to fall into the book's universe and I love her work.

Such a shame - excellent Idea- Awful story

This series had so much promise. The story and idea is really great.
Book 1 is just about readable
Book 2 I skipped whole chapters. simply awful
Book 3 - I'm not listening to it.
The majority of the books is spent by the main character examining and re-examining her 'love' for the two men she likes.
The actual story is almost incidental.
Such a shame.
also, the books are full of swear words.. Why is this necessary?
Do yourself a favour and listen to something else!
