This was a wonderful novella. It was great to get more insight into Jesse and Ella’s relationship. The letters and texts between them were awesome. Joseph Cannata and Ava Lucas were phenomenal in their portrayal of Jesse and Ella. It was a pleasure to listen to their narration. I received this audiobook for free upon my request. I am voluntarily leaving my honest and unbiased review.

Emotional and raw

Beautiful inside look to a beautiful love story. This book shines a light on Jesse’s mental torment throughout his years in the Army and CIA. I wish this novella included just a little more of Jesse and Ella’s long awaited union but we have “The Broken One” for that which I’ll just have to go back and re-listen to!

Wow... get ready for more of the feels The Broken

Wow... get ready for more of the feels The Broken One brought. This companion novella to that book, delving deeper in Jesse and Ella's feelings, will hit hard in the emotions. Not only do we see more of this couple and their siblings but we see more of Marcus... need I say much more? Some periphery questions I had about some events are answered as we get "the whole story" and this basically is a novella I never knew I needed until I read it. The narration by Joseph Cannata and Ava Lucas just bring that much more life to the words Joseph and Brittney wrote to extend Jesse and Ella's star crossed love story.

The Lost Letters, a beautiful collaboration

The Lost Letters were beautifully performed. The writings of both Brittney Sahin and Joseph Cannata were intriguing as well as hot! Mr. Cannata’s writings stayed true to Ms. Sahins’ story, there by adding to the real warmth and complexity of Jessie and his love and torment. Thank you for this fantastic gift of both of your talents.

Delectable

Getting this piece of back history for Jesse and Ella, and in audio, oh my! Their chemistry has always been scorching, and the narrators do a fabulous job creating that burn. It’s almost like having their hidden moments whispered in your ear in the most sensual way. Definitely one to listen to and enjoy!
