Loved the story but almost couldn't finish it because of the horrible "Aunt Agnes" voice of Grace.

I kept hearing Marge Simpsons voice...

great book, but sometimes when the narrator was playing the role of Grace she sounded like Marge Simpson. It made me think of the cartoon everytime I heard it.

One great narrator, the second one lackking

I truly enjoyed this audio book. The story line was interesting and historical. The narrator who was telling the European part of the story was perfect. The part of Grace was narrated by someone with quite an annoying voice - too Carol Channing. Once I was able to get by her voice I truly enjoyed Grace’s story.

Learned something new!

I didn’t know the SOE existed! What brave young women the characters in the book were to even train for this dangerous mission! Knowing that real people actually did this is humbling.

Lost Girls of Paris

Very intriguing and interesting. Voice of Grace was a bit difficult to listen to but still the reader had you wanting to listen to find out what was going to happen.

Unusual love story

Not bad fiction , real story much better .Well done and well read. A easy book to like.

Great listen

I enjoyed this book very much. The only complaint is the narrator for Grace sounded like Marg Simpson.

Bad narrators

The story was very intriguing and exciting, but the narrator’s voices were all grading and abrasive. Some of them were whispered the whole time which was annoying, and the other was just very nasally and strangely performed.
