Book One, More Than a Brother, and Book Two, Anna MacCauley’s Legacy, cover the time period between 1974 and 1992 during a very tumultuous time in Northern Ireland called the Troubles. It is during this time that the Ian MacCauley clan and their friends learn that there are MacCauley cousins still living in Northern Ireland. If the two clans unite and put pieces together from their past, they might find answers and final justice from the weeks in 1974 when the families were torn apart. Meanwhile, amidst all the drama, a new and unexpected romance sparks, tying the two countries together once more. But will these two MacCauley families ever unite? Will there be satisfaction in seeing people pay for their crimes against the clan? And will Northern Ireland ever find peace?
