Short and Sm*tty!
If you are looking for an in-depth plot, this book isn't for you. If you are looking for a quick read with age-gap, possessive alpha, insta-love, and lots of steamy goodness, this book IS for you. Amanda Watson as Chrissy and Noel Harrison as Dax give great performances. A quick listen that will rev your engine!

Age gap, insta/love lust goodness!!
Dax has been obsessed with Chrissie for the longest time. Appointing himself her protector, he goes to extensive lengths to make sure she's safe. Even though a little odd, Chrissie has always found Dax kind of hot. Knowing the feelings aren't reciprocated, it's enough for her to keep her crush on him a secret. When Chrissie's crush is accidentally revealed to Dax, to her surprise, he's more than ok w/it.
Circumstances force Chrissie to rethink her feelings for Dax. Dax is determined to make Chrissie see that they belong together, and he'll do whatever it takes to assure her that they were meant to be together.
This has been a wonderful series. I've listened to it out of order, but that didn't mess up my enjoyment. The Men of Burly Bear have stolen my heart with their insta-lust/love and possessive protection of their women. Felicity Raine's ability to pack so much story, heat, and love into such small packages of books shows just want a talented author she is. Noel Harrison and Amanda Watson have done a great job narrating this series. I'm ready for more!!

A short but enjoyable listen
Ever since the day that Dax rescued Chrissie he has been obsessed with her. Obsessed with her safety and her body, but being so much older than she is he never really thought anything would happen between them, until the day she expresses her feelings for him.
This book ties into some of the other Men of Burly Bear series but it can be enjoyed as a stand-alone.
