What made the experience of listening to The Last Stand of the New York Institute the most enjoyable?
The story great! I loved the the look into the Circle ( a brief look ). Jamie performance was one of the best of the series. What does Jamie Bamber bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?
I'm not sure if I can narrow it down. I just really enjoyed his take on all the characters. I think he made them sound like I think they should.Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?
I did get a little teared up at the end. I don't want to give it away, but in interaction between Tessa, Magnus, Clary and her mom is just very touching.Any additional comments?
This is a darker book then the others in the series, but I think it is in my top two books of the series. The Circle and Magnus
