The Last Myth of Alexandria

It was the year 415. The famous library of Alexandria had disappeared. It is said that Hypatia was the last known scholar to work in the library. Both the library and the figure of Hypatia are symbols of inquiring and free spirits, who believed that a human being is capable of unlocking the mysteries of life. In 415, not only was the library gone, but Hypatia was also silenced.

The last myth of Alexandria is a history from a long-gone era, retold in a time when we once again have to stand up to protect the free investigative spirit. Many of us are awakening to a new consciousness that takes us beyond the realm of limited thinking–back to the Sofia of all times.
