Joe and Faith were miles ahead of the long line of wagons as they ascended Cheyenne Pass. They knew that when they passed over the summit, the Laramie Plains would spread out before them. But just before they reached the top of the pass, Joe pulled up when he thought he heard gunfire. This author has some great story lines but it seems his stories revolve around couples longing to have sex with each other or constantly talking about how wonderful or amazing they are. The lead person in this series is a 16 year old who must be almost perfect in that he never makes a mistake. It gets a little old.
