However, many challenges must be overcome to pull off this illegal event. Greed and desperation fuel this violent journey that leads down a series of unexpected twists and turns as the organizers battle competing gangs, the police, and a resourceful primatologist. Ultimately, the underground gladiatorial contest takes place in a secluded area of Mexico. A small army of men take on one beast, but the contest doesn’t end as scripted.
