Concise History of the Templars

Great source to understand the crusades - & the templars creation by a holy Pope for a noble cause and their demise through the treachery of an evil Catholic King & weak Pope.
I do wish the book could have set a better stage of the Holy Land & done a short walk through history from Christ’s death to the Apostolic dispersion and Saint Peter’s arrival in Rome as it’s first bishop.
