Great tools to help couples deepen intimacy!
Barnard W. Bunton is an amazing relationship expert. LOVE SKILLS provides the tools to help couples achieve the intimacy most of us desire. I really like the Q’s and Activities in Chapter to determine what Love Stage your relationship is in, and another chapter Exercise to help regulate emotions is great! I’m currently single, but I have attended Barnard's Couples Workshops in Oregon in the past and found them extremely helpful. Unfortunately my partner at the time wasn’t as committed as I was to sustain our relationship, and after 17 years we divorced. I’m more in love with myself today and as I prepare for retirement, I hope to leverage the tools in LOVE SKILLS to attract a healthy partner for this next chapter in my life. Treat yourself to this audiobook - you won't regret it!

Also Advice for Anyone thinking about Marriage
I recently got engaged and decided to purchase this audiobook. Everything from what marriage is, to how to deal with conflict and each other is packed in this book. The author does a good job breaking everything down in regards to recommendations on how you should act and behave in marriage in order for it to last and long time, if not forever. The audio is a bit slow but it was necessary for me to grasp every bit of content even with partial distraction. Lots of good advice in this one. Highly recommended. A lot of tips and tricks can be used in relationships also.
