Best for Beginners.

This book gives specific explanation and information about meal plans, eating schedules, exercising, and the whole thing of Intermittent fasting. They also tackles here several benefits of Intermittent fasting over other weight loss methods. I enjoy listening and learning new things about IF.

This is the Intermittent Fasting And Ketogenic Diet guide content is really useful and helpful for us. I take this book and get much help. If you want also so take it and follow up. If you want weight loss and build solid muscle so this is a perfect guidebook. I recommend that. Prescribed !!

Really good info for beginners!! Simple explanation of the benefits and a few of the negatives associated with the ketogenic diet and intermittent fasting. The instructions are clear and easy to follow. I've made a few recipes with good results. I recommend it to anyone who wants to become healthier. I highly recommended!!

Extremely informative!

Extremely informative! Coming from a bodybuilding background with zero knowledge about a ketogenic diet or intermittent fasting approach to eating this book gave me an excellent basis to understanding what it's all about. Well written, easy to understand, scientific backing, and very interesting! I particularly enjoyed Guy's thorough explanations of the different hormone functions within our bodies. I would recommend this.

Absolutely inspiration.

This book was a quick listen and simple IF and keto can be if the right choices are made and if you listen to the signs your body is giving you and i would recommend listening and using this as a tool to evaluate if the IF lifestyle is for you and i’m interested in fasting and eating healthier and this book helped me to know what steps to take and this book contains many delicious healthy recipes that are easy to make and the instructions are clear and easy to follow.

Great Listen.

This was an easy read with excellent doable advice. My favorite part was the realistic perspective and the offer of several different methods to find a match that fits your lifestyle. I learned a lot about intermittent fasting and the advantages to your body, not just your weight on the scale. Thanks, I recommend to all!
