Good information But...

Lots of good information, however there is not a PDF for the recipes. ?!? I don't know of how many people have the time to listen to the recipes and handwrite them. Thats just to much for any one who wants to make the recipes. The book is great I would however figure out a way to add printable recipes as well. A great example is Whiskey in a tea cup by Reese Witherspoon. It's audible and has pdf recipes you and print off.

The information provided is straight forward and fairly easy to follow. There is a wide variety of recipes. Some of the recipes use more exotic ingredients but most are common things. The recipes are pretty straight forward and easy to follow.

I've been a huge fan of Michele's ever since she came out with her first book.Her approach to keto is the ONLY one that has worked for me...most likely because it's tailored specifically for WOMEN and their unique needs when it comes to hormones and fat. Reset!

I am in the middle of my reset so not sure about the weight loss yet. However, my blood sugars have FINALLY come down to normal levels. That in itself is a big accomplishment for me. I appreciate all the added knowledge about different hormones.

Find the book informative

I think the book has a lot of good information and I did the first 10 days of the plan, but, some of the recipes just required too much time to prepare and also many of the ingredients required weren't readily available.

All in one book.

I began to eat ketogenically about two months ago. This book has given us some great recipes in expanding our low-carb food plan. It also contains a cursory overview of the ketogenic way of eating and its benefits.

Best health book for women, ever!

Ladies, do yourself a favor and go get this book. Even if you do not eat Keto, you need to listen it. Awesome, informative, beautiful


I have listened a couple chapters and already it’s so informative and helpful. I can just tell that it’s very detailed and easy to understand. A lot of work was put into this book. Even if you don’t plan to do Keto, this book is so helpful with how food affects your hormones, energy, and happiness. I just know this book will be so helpful with many issues I have been having. Great book! Empowering information for all women

Michele’s books have always been life-changing for me, and this one was no exception. I struggled for YEARS with hormonal weight gain, but I didn’t know my hormones were the cause. After I listening this book I understood better how my body is unique. So I took his advice and experimented with my Keto food. I felt better about eating a potato right before my period, knowing my non-sweet cravings meant I needed a few more carbs to feel great.
