Good information But...
Lots of good information, however there is not a PDF for the recipes. ?!? I don't know of how many people have the time to listen to the recipes and handwrite them. Thats just to much for any one who wants to make the recipes. The book is great I would however figure out a way to add printable recipes as well. A great example is Whiskey in a tea cup by Reese Witherspoon. It's audible and has pdf recipes you and print off.

Michele’s books have always been life-changing for me, and this one was no exception. I struggled for YEARS with hormonal weight gain, but I didn’t know my hormones were the cause.
