While the study guide can be listened to by individual listeners working at their own pace, the series has been found to be particularly effective when studied, a lesson at a time, in a small group. Having individual copies of the workbooks are helpful when following this Bible study. However, it is not necessary, particularly if the individual or group is willing to stop and start the audio after each question, which follow the teachings.
