Publisher's summary

Someone is selling America’s secrets on the dark web. And they’re willing to destroy anyone who gets in their way...

For over 50 years, America's greatest scientists have met in secret to advise the government on issues of national importance. Their recommendations have changed the course of history.

When cyber-consultant Adam Braxton is asked to brief this group, he is flattered, but then, he learns he has not been asked to inform them, but to help them locate a turncoat. One of their members is selling national secrets to the highest bidder. And his search cannot involve the government.

Enlisting the aid of his new partner, a beautiful ex-DIA agent, and his investigator, a crusty ex-cop, Braxton digs into the history and lives of this clandestine group, unaware that the CIA is already following a different path to the traitor.

Both cases lead to a familiar enemy, and the investigators are drawn into a deadly game of deception and revenge.

Can Braxton find the traitor and stop the leaks before his friends pay the ultimate price?

The Jason Betrayal, the fourth novel in the Adam Braxton Thriller series, weaves contemporary events and cutting-edge technology in a non-stop, international thriller that will challenge your understanding of the relationship between politics and science.

Excellent techno-thriller

This is the fourth in Jack Bowie's Adam Braxton Series, but you do not need to have read the prior three. This is the first available as an audiobook and features top notch narration. If you are looking for a multi-continent thriller I highly recommend it. Excellent story with first-rate technical and geographical detail combined with an insider's knowledge of the Washington science and contractor scene.

Exciting!

Riveting story! Characters are so real. Story is fast moving and very exciting. I never wanted to stop listening. It only took me three evenings to listen to all of it. Now I need to read all of the Adam Braxton books. Thanks Jack Bowie!

Good story with lots of action and detail

Mr. Bowie’s stories are full of action and lots of detail. He obviously does a lot of research on the various technical and geographical aspects. There are a lot of characters, which occasionally makes the story a bit difficult to follow at times. I definitely recommend his books.
