Any additional comments?

Sara Price is on to something here. I think this book should be read by managers. Why? Because companies are missing out on a lot of talent. Human resources most of the time focus on the people who "wow" them during interviews and they usually end up getting the wrong person. What about those people who actually have all the qualifications but simply lack the charisma to make a mark during interviews like introverts? This is what I realized after listening to Sara's book. It got me thinking. I've been working in the corporate world for years now and I'm still encountering people who don't know how to do their jobs. It's sort of a workplace pet peeve of mine.

There has to be a radical change in how we look at possible applicants for job openings. The human factor involved is just so strong that it leaves a lot of room for errors. There are a lot of talented introverts out there that need to be given a chance and I believe that if people in human resources were to read this book or any book that is like Sara Price's, the productivity of companies would get a big push.
