Thank you

Thank you so much, this helped my relationship so much on both parts. We were really impressed by them being a younger couple and having the intelligence to communicate this so well while also having a modern day understanding of relationships.

Authentic, Compassionate, Practical

So approachable, like you’re listening to your friends tell a story. There is a great balance of both voices/perspectives. I love how the information is both from yogic teachings & from personal experience & how each episode links you to topics you can learn more about in other episodes on the podcast or through their other resources. Can’t wait to read their book on Inner Work—& actually do the work! ;) Thankful to find this.
