Acerca de esta escucha
Follow the wryly-told embattled adventures of a socially isolated, non-conforming union leader as she battles toxic management and co-worker idiocy in a well-meaning Social Services office. Chock-full of insights, foul language, and the five stages of grief, The Incredibly True Confessions of a Black Female Union Steward is relatable to any and everyone who has ever lived, died, and gone to hell in their job, work environment or both.

This is so True
I know this is a fiction story. However, I could not stop listening to the story. It grabbed my spirit and would not let go. I am a union member. I go to steward meetings but I do not want to be one. People personalities are hard to help sometimes. I loved this book. I am getting it in paperback to keep on my shelf to review and laugh when I need it.

The BEEPs over the profanities are much more objectionable than the profanities themselves could be—if you listen with headphones on, they will freaking deafen you. And I object to bigotry, no matter who it comes from. So no, not to my taste at all. I’m sure the author has some worthwhile things to say, but I’m not interested in listening to more of the book.
