I’ve discovered a new narrator!

I totally enjoyed Eileen Smith’s narration. Her careful attention to pronunciation of Hawaiian names, placed , words was impressive. Her switch from female to make voices was readily apparent without being overly dramatic. The story was interesting but overly long. It could use some editing. It was at times repetitious and there was way to much attention to description of flora and fauna. Overall, though the story captured my interest.

Love crime stories!

I was very engaged the whole way through, I love mysteries! Narration was excellent/enthusiastic and kept me engaged. I think the story was a little long, but overall, I really enjoyed feeling like I part of the tropical mystery.

Great listen!! This book keeps you engaged with its vivid language and interesting plot. The reader truly enhances the listening experience. It’s such a joy when a reader with an expressive voice is able to flawlessly switch accents and stay true to assorted characters. I have listened to many audible books and find that this is a rare

Wonderful story

This novel had very involved plot lines and great descriptive language. Kept me on the edge of my seat. Great job by the narrator with probably unfamiliar names and places. I’m going to search out book 1 immediately.
