Lmao!!! This performance was truly insane! I’ll happily listen to anything from this narrator!! The story itself is a glimpse inside the twisted mind of Samyra Alexander… and man is it twisted! Also the little blooper reel at the end was the funniest thing I’ve heard in a while! Though everybody knows red koolaid is the fruit punch flavor! Strawberry is pink! lol

I read the book and loved it. I couldn’t wait for the audiobook and it did not disappoint.

“The Hostage” by Samyra Alexander is a brilliantly written thriller that had me hooked from start to finish.

What truly elevated the experience for me was J.R. Mason's phenomenal performance. The narration was flawless, bringing the characters to life with distinct voices and emotions that felt so real.

This was the wildest short little like thriller mystery. I had no idea where the story was gonna go. I was guessing the entire time. The narration is absolutely well done the story the plot it was all executed so well I definitely wanna read more from this author.

With this read you will get questionable characters, whose view of themselves may be somewhat skewed.

Mystery and suspense, will they ever get a chance to get it right?
A bit of horror, I mean it's Halloween!

And laughs (my humor can be a bit dark sometimes 👀)

All this to say, I loved it!
