It was fascinating to discover that low levels of testosterone can lead to mood swings and unwanted hormonal influences. Usually we think of testosterone as something a big weight lifter might need, but there’s actually so much more to it than that! I also got a lot from learning how to support neurotransmitter production. I realized that I need to add walnuts to help neurotransmitter production and help things like brain fog and having enough cognitive energy throughout the day. The nods to the dopamine that is released from working out was also a much-needed reminder to stay active. Even just chapter six alone (that contains pointers to mental and physical health) was enough to make this excellent title worthwhile. Isabella Harmony has contributed a massive amount f knowledge to not only help hormones and bones, but also have listeners and readers understand the many, many ways they can positively affect mood, emotions, and energy.
