Sherlock Holmes, the best-known detective (sorry, consulting detective) on Earth, celebrates his 160th birthday on January 6, 2014.
As a tribute to his genius, and to mark the occasion, The Holmes Sutra is presented (by a crazed fan) as:
- A compilation of 160 mantras (aphorisms/slogans/sayings - call them what you will) - some original, some canonical, some based on various print/media adaptations - that are aimed to make Sherlock Holmes (and his fans) smile.
- A test of the readers' Holmes Mania Quotient (HMQ). Based on the resulting HMQ score, the particular condition/stage of Holmes Mania would be determined, with possibilities of a cure.

So fun and enterteining!
I really liked this book. It's fun, and entertaining and filled with marvellous gems from all the Holmes and Watson :D
And the Holmes Mania Quotient is really, really fun! I'm a Holmes Addicted, so there is room to improve *laughs*
And I will forgive the author for her love of BBC Sherlock because she hadn't yet seen season 03 by the time the book was wrote :P
And Steve White did a wonderful job with the narration :)

Gives you great information background in details on some of the well-known Holmes sutras. The Little test at the end is also quite fun, figure out how much of a Holmes you really are.
