Stranded on an island, Lannes must get home and confront the aliens who kidnapped him.

It isn’t safe to plot against the Langons, the aliens invading his world. His sister kept telling him to be careful, to keep his head down, but Lannes didn’t listen.

The langons could have killed him or imprisoned him; instead, they left him on an island with only a few days of food. Over time, more people, all vocal anti-alien activists, are dropped on that island. It’s back to the Stone Age, hunting game, and building rock huts. Lananes does more than survive; he builds a community and even falls in love, but what future does anyone have just surviving on a tiny island?

Someday, he will find a way to escape. Someday, the aliens will make a mistake, and then they will pay for what they have done.
