Well done narration and great listen!

The narrator does a great job of bringing this story to life. She does various voices, captures mood and feelings, and moves along at a good pace. She’s an expressive reader that conveys the authors words well.

The story is the second in the series but, it’s a stand alone. It takes place in the Adirondacks in the late 19th century with a strong female lead. A good Christian historical fiction novel.

Restored Hearts

This is the 2nd book in the Adirondack series and I liked it even better than the first one. It's the story of Lily, a retiring Pinkerton agent, who wants a second chance at a normal life. With all the money she's saved, she is able to invest in a failing Great Camp in upstate New York. It's owned by a despondent widower who has let the place fall into disrepair. In addition to that, the bank is threatening to foreclose on it.

The story is rich is detail with a good storyline. It has wonderful characters, along with plenty of tension.

I recommend this if you like sweet Christian romances. I believe you will enjoy it.
