P.T.S.D. of any type, you should read this book.
This book was recommend to my by my Doctor because I am struggling with my P.T.S.D.. From Childhood physical, verbal and mental abuse, which also carried forward into my adulthood. This book gave me ideas on how to deal with P.T.S.D.. Leai also validated a lot of what I had been going through when I was a child, even though we had different circumstances. There is a lot more to this book than what I have already explained. This book is a must read for people that are seeking answers and trying to get help for their P.T.S.D.
