Monotonous message with common sense conclusion

The message within this book is clear: If you are not healthy then you will not get a proper erection. A book purely with a message for males it does provide a reason to keep fit and look after your body. However that is it unfortunately, no deeper than that. Not a listen that I will be returning to again, unlike other motivational and self-improvement books.

Do not be misled by the synopsis.

This book is best directed at younger, fairly healthy men that may have only just begun to notice lowered erectile quality. It is better suited as a motivator to maintain erectile fucntion by better caring for yourself. It is most certainly NOT a solution to men with erectile dysfunction.

While a lot of what he says has already been recomended to us for general health, the author explains the exact science of an erection and how certain health factors affect it. Specifically, the author explains how exercise, diet, and certain supplements can affect NO levels in the bloodstream and their effect on cappilaries and circular health which directly affects erections. He also explains the damaging effects of oxidation on your body's cells and ways to prevent it. After taking the author's advice on supplementation and begining a regular exercise regimen, I have certainly noticed more consistent, firm results.

It Works

Each man is different. I did not get results as fast as I expected, but within 10 days I was getting some results and now it has been 3 months and I am getting real good results, I am staying on it as I would like to get better.

Steve Lamm is a male doctor who tells it straight. You do not have to live with this problem. Get the audio version now, and get the printed copy for more details. I also went on line and bought a bottle of Virectin. It seemed to help.

Good information but not well suited for audio

I found this book to be very informative. I also found it quite frustrating to listen to it. The medical information was helpful but things get tricky when it comes time to putting it all into practice. The whole time I'm listening and thinking "I wish I bought a paper copy or an e book". I imagine that the paper copy has an appendix with the exercise plan as a table or chart. I found myself taking notes and even looking for these tables etc. online( no luck). The descriptions and schedules of exercises ,dosages of vitamin supplements dosages and other such information are much better suited for a printed page.

Hardness works

I'm 64 and running out of steam sometimes when the lady is ready. This book actually works, everything, it brings a satisfying hardness, libido, and stamina with just a little work. And, the book is thoroughly entertaining, I enjoyed every titbit, ah, tidbit of it.

Quite simply it works, that is the bottom line.

I followed the suggestions in the book to the letter and it works. A simple formula that once made a part of you life makes a big difference. Excercise yes common sense, loose weight yes and the cocktail (no pun intended) of herbs and supliments in the right doses? Who would have known. Most of the herbs now come prepackaged together. So if your actually a na sayer, did you actually try it? 5 medications and a diabetic I really needed something to help me out and the perscription versions for E.D. were just too expensive. This fixed the problem.

Three stars for writing a book on the topic.

The story is extremely repetitive. There are some good ideas, but they generally apply to fat and out of shape people with a high cholesterol. Not much use for everyone else.

Do yourself a favor and listen to this

Every man should listen to this. Every woman who loves a man on her life should listen to it as well. The information presented is clear and understandable. While this is focused on improving the quality and hardness of men's erections, the author makes it very clear that the changes to lifestyle, diet, exercise, and nutrition can have major positive effects on your entire health. For that matter, the information presented can be largely beneficial to women as well for their own health.

Also, in addition to being well written, well researched, and well narrated, the information really works. I thankfully was pretty healthy before I first listened to this book, and I felt like the quality of my erections was pretty good. However, after incorporating the lifestyle, diet and nutrition changes in the book, and taking just a few of the supplements the author recommends, I have been surprised to find my erections as firm and hard as they were when I was a teenager - and without any medication.
