So many valuable nuggets in the book. A fun take on just following your heart and trusting that you have all the answers and capabilities you need to live happily.

If only they taught these methods in school...
I already started implementing some of the suggestions in the book and I can really see the potential in it. I think everyone is in need of some extra happiness nowadays, especially given the fast lives we all need. If only they taught some of these methods in schools. The world would be a happier place.
