Great collection, but, not perfect

Would you consider the audio edition of The Great Speeches of World War II to be better than the print version?

I would.

Who was your favorite character and why?

FDR and Winston, of course, due to both being excellent speakers.

What about full cast’s performance did you like?

Most of them were quite good, with great audio quality.

If you were to make a film of this book, what would the tag line be?

I can't think of one at the moment.

Any additional comments?

A must-have for history buffs, though I'm not sure why they ended it with MacArthur's speech during the Korean war, and no speeches from other leaders, Stalin, and so on.

Great to listen to these in a first hand manner

It would have been nice to know the date, location and speakers name before each one. The name of the speakers are obvious for most. Otherwise the was excellent to listen to!

Great speeches, but poor quality

No introduction between all the speeches, so I didn’t know who was actually speaking and in what historical context. Multiple levels of recording volume. Some speeches were of extremely poor quality.
