The characters in this book never wanted to take anyone's life to save their own.
I tried really hard to enjoy this book. I just had a really hard time. Believing that a group of pacifist would survive the apocalypse. I kept turning it off and waiting a couple days. Going back and releasing to maybe hope it would get a little better and it never did.

Pathetic!
Dear (female) author... women are NOT all anxiety filled weaklings or balls-to-the-wall bitches! Every female in this story has a mental disorder, are you kidding? You, obviously, have a poor view of the female sex. I'm horrified by the lack of any logical intelligent women in this book... it was a good thing that there were men to take care of them! This is the first and last book I will purchase from this author.

Dumb and Dumber
Really dumb storyline, and characters. Would have been better without the sex, but I guess it was a page filler. Hard to finish lacklustre book like this.

Outstanding!
Wow!! This audio series grabbed me right away. Mel and Sam are a great and exciting duo. Lots of interesting obstacles come their way along with plenty of fun and exciting adventures all while Elijah is not far behind! So many twists and turns, I never knew what was going to happen next! I fell in love with all the characters and loved each element they brought to the story. Very well written and very exciting to read! I could not stop listening! The rannator did an excellent job capturing every moment of this story!

Action-packed & Suspenseful
This is a great start to a series by Kellee L. Greene! The story starts off with our main character Mel and her friend Sam leaving town to take care of some personal matters. While on the way to Mel’s hometown, a warning comes across the radio to find a safe place. Soon after events unfold and it sends everyone into a panic which creates chaos. Thrown into the mix is someone from Mel’s past who wants to possess and control her.
Thankfully, Mel and Sam make friends with a neighbor named Erik and meet another friend named Dorian. Sam is fighting to get back to her daughter who happens to be several hours away. An old high school classmate joins the group later on which causes tensions to rise. They encounter many obstacles and forge new friendships as they struggle to reunite with loved ones. Will they make it back to Sam’s daughter? Will Mel’s past catch up to her? Can they trust the new friends they made or will someone betray them along the way? Will they ever find a safe haven to live in peace?
