The Great Shape-Up Program

What made the experience of listening to The Great Shape-Up Program the most enjoyable?

Dan is really great to listen to. I could listen to his speeches for hours

What was one of the most memorable moments of The Great Shape-Up Program?

Motivational........cant say the exact moment.

What does Dan Polimino bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

again, totally motivational and a great listen.

What did you learn from The Great Shape-Up Program that you would use in your daily life?

Most information I have learnt already, but always good to get a kick in the proverbial butt sometimes.....and he is pretty good with that :-)

Any additional comments?

Would have been extra great if there was a pdf with some of the information from his speeches - he keeps referring to the workbook.
