I’m revealing these distractors so that everyone can see them for what they are and from where they draw us. If it’s from good that we’re distracted, these distractors can be known, which will allow each of us to re-focus on what’s good. If it’s from bad that we’re distracted, that distraction may be beneficial. Let me make something abundantly clear. Distraction is not aimlessly wandering. There is aim in distraction. The purpose in distraction simply aims AWAY from something else. That process is not aimless. If you’re aiming away from something or someone, your aim is merely at a bigger target that’s easier to hit. It’s easy to be distracted. Why else would everyone do it? It’s difficult to take the road less traveled and to focus. I commend you for listening to this book to learn how to travel that road.
