Captivating!

Enjoyable! I think my favorite thing is all the different powers and witches that come out to play. What a great blend! I liked all the characters and their particular missions. I was hooked until the end. Narration is well done!

Intresting!

Cori and Adrian

The narrators did a good job. This was an interesting, cozy, fated mates story. Cori is s celestial witch who made a predicament that has others seeking to kill her in hopes of it not coming true. Some witches are also hiding her to protect her which where she meets Adrian her fated mate. I enjoyed it i found it informative about the different types of witches and there was wonderful characters especially the two who also end up arguing over old tv shows, two of my favorite shows.

This was such a fun listen! A witch on the run from a prophecy. Found family, covens coming together, all different kinds of magic. I really enjoyed seeing all the different kinds of magic that each witch used!

The narrators did a fabulous job bringing this story to life!

Cozy witchcore but everyone is emotionally unwell

The Gray Prophecy by Maria A. Eden is the kind of audiobook that sneaks up on you. At first it feels all rainy-town magic and cozy coven vibes, and then suddenly you’re buried in prophecy drama, dangerous secrets, emotional damage, and a water witch that could ruin your life in the best way possible.

Cori is hiding from the prophecy she delivered years ago — because apparently being magically important is terrible for your mental health — and ends up in a small coastal town full of elemental witches, suspicious alliances, and people who absolutely know more than they’re saying. Naturally, chaos follows immediately.

The audiobook narration made this story ridiculously immersive. Every storm, every tense conversation, every tiny spark of romance felt bigger through audio. Adrian especially sounded exactly how you want a broody water witch to sound: calm, dangerous, and one inconvenience away from flooding an entire coastline for the girl he likes.

The pacing leans atmospheric at the start, but once the story hooks you, it HOOKS you. The worldbuilding unfolds naturally without becoming overwhelming, and the emotional tension carries the story beautifully.

Also, the chemistry? Painfully good. Every interaction felt like standing outside during a thunderstorm waiting to get struck by lightning on purpose.

Overall, this audiobook felt like drinking tea in a cursed lighthouse while listening to secrets unravel during a storm. Cozy, magical, dramatic, and dangerously bingeable.
