Loved it! The Narrator was awesome! I am so grateful for Author May McCarthy! Synchronicity and my "CSO" led me to a Facebook Live with Dr. Eric Pearl interviewing May McCarthy, then led me to purchase and quickly finish her book, and now impliment her teaching into my life everyday! This is a must read life changer! If you are reading this review and even slightly contemplating purchasing and reading The Gratitude Formula...YES get the book and read it now! Its the same.

This "book" could have been an email...
Interesting concept and CSO is a cool term but honestly there was about 15 minutes of real material and hours of fluff stories to try to prove her point.
