Publisher's summary

In the winter of 1945, in Upper Egypt, an Arab peasant discovered a large vessel. Inside were scrolls containing a hitherto unseen book. One of these books was the Gospel of Thomas. Here before you is the translation of that book. This is the contemporary translation of the Gnostic Gospel of Thomas with Greek and Coptic verses. Included are Bible parallels and commentary placed within the flow of the text to explain and expand these amazing verses.

These words are the very truth of Jesus

The Gnostic Scripture/gospels have held a very subtle unobserved truth that is so hard to pick from the texts. I would recommend that if you are looking for what Jesus is saying, then also look at the Gospel of Mary Magdalene. Here in the Gospel of Thomas as well as in the Gospel of Mary Magdalene, when people ask, " What did Jesus tell you / Tell us what Jesus tells you that he does not tell us" the hint is that it either causes a fear of retaliation from others, or as in Gosp. of M.M. Peter reacts with an angry outburst towards Mary and calls her a liar. Her response through tears is so human, so emotionally wrought with conviction to defend her conversation with Jesus and also to express something that Jesus confided in her. Here is what you will need to uncover for yourself. What secret did Jesus hide and only confide to a small few but was able to preach the truth of it so cleverly that its value is just beyond the grasp of perception unless you have ears to hear? I know what all of this truly means. The answer does correlate to ancient Egyptian and Buddhist teachings. The tricky part is to wake up, and to understand how to do so is probably what the initiation that was used to have Jesus' disciples go through to gain that insight. You can read all of the Gnostic texts and miss the elements that are the very core as to why the Council of Nicea cherry-picked from these gospels for the New Testament, and then declared them heretical and for any trace of them to be purged. Good luck in your discovery as it will ruin then change your life for the better and hopefully you too can discover the kingdom of Christ/God within.

Do not purchase

the audio is many different texts jumbled together and the Gospel of Thomas is lost somewhere among them.
