I love the story it was very interesting. I loved it. good romance story. I fully recommend it.

Loved it from beginning to end. Was so worried about the ending and what was going on with her father

Just DON'T DO IT!!!

It's not just the monotone narration or the questionable plot. From the point where the male character fantasized about his dead friend's/employee's fiancee AT HIS FUNERAL, it went down hill for me. The male character's behavior felt manipulative and predatory while the female characters/widow swung between sadness, to being comfortable ruled by her libido. I am taking a break, right here at chapter 9, not sure if I will be back.

Love good lust book

So. I love a little smut like the rest of them. But no one wants to read a story about a man cumming on a woman’s face. That is not appealing in no way constantly a man talking about cumming down her throat.

Had some issues but still enjoyed

This is my second book by this author. She’s a good writer, sometimes she throws hurdles that make it difficult to love every character.

I liked that the heroine was East African and dark skinned because there isn’t a lot of color or ethnicity diversity with black women in romance.

I just didn’t connect to the hero(he slept with many outside of the heroine which made their intimate times less special, had even slept with her sister at one point) sometimes there was slut shamey language I didn’t love, and whether it was intentional or not, very cishet anti-lesbian/ff rhetoric(probably wasn’t aware her comments were such).

I liked it but not enough to give it a five.

IT KEPT GETTING BETTER!!!!

A new favorite. As this book reveals itself you discover your first impression is not quite what you think. Love the dynamics of "Blake" and when I almost hated him I fell hard for his character. You will love the ride😃.
