I love sarcastic Lilah

Lilah is an acquired taste in characters. I personally love her gruff personality...in real life - I probably wouldn't have time for her. Book 9 was a long awaited continuance to Lilah Love's story and I LOVED the story!
I have 2 complaints -
1 - both book 8 and book 9 are short novels and full price, and
2- the cliff hanger in this book is killing me with no eta on book 10.

Another chilling cliffhanger

Another chilling cliffhanger but so worth the read! Just like watching installments of your favorite shows- you have to hold your breath for the next installment. If you are reading and not listening, you are missing an absolutely astounding performance by Madeleine Maby!!!

AMAZING

First of all I have to say that I am a huge fan of LILAH LOVE!!! I have loved reading this series by Lisa Renee Jones and Ghost Assassin did not disappoint.

Lilah is looking for a murderer and this case is very personal. When her friends and mentor is murdered she is once again thrown into a deeper investigation than what it should be. While this is happening we see another murder. What is happening?! That is what I kept saying to myself. I couldn't stop reading...even though I knew we would have a cliffhanger but the read was so exciting and had me believing one thing and then through me for a loop thinking of something else.

Another thing that I loved was that in this book I finally was able to see the POV of Lilah's husband Kane.
I love that we were able to see what he is thinking.
They love each other and love their close family and friends they will do whatever it takes to make sure they are safe.

If you enjoy mystery, thrillers and most definitely a snarky, rude sometimes, strong willed women you will LOVE Lilah like I do.
