Lucy lives on the 24th floor. Owen lives in the basement. It's fitting, then, that they meet in the middle - stuck between two floors of a New York City apartment building, on an elevator rendered useless by a citywide blackout. After they're rescued, Lucy and Owen spend the night wandering the darkened streets and marveling at the rare appearance of stars above Manhattan. But once the power is back, so is reality. Lucy soon moves abroad with her parents, while Owen heads out west with his father.
The brief time they spend together leaves a mark. And as their lives take them to Edinburgh and to San Francisco, to Prague and to Portland, Lucy and Owen stay in touch through postcards, occasional e-mails, and phone calls. But can they - despite the odds - find a way to reunite?
Smartly observed and wonderfully romantic, Jennifer E. Smith's new novel shows that the center of the world isn't necessarily a place. Sometimes, it can be a person.

Reseñas de la Crítica
Lucy and Owen were meant to be from the start and I love the steady progression of their relationship, it was so adorable and realistic. I'm a huge fan of traveling and I loved how it was a huge focus in this book.
A couple of parts I thought I had guessed what was going to happen but the story surprised me when it went another direction.
I also loved the background we get on Lucy and Owen's family.
SO CUTE!!! Great Naration!

Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?
I thought the story was good. It had clever dialogue, charming interactions, and enough drama to give it some weight without feeling like problems were added just to get in the way of the story.Would you listen to another book narrated by Leslie Bellair and Corey Bradberry ?
Leslie, who narrated from Luci's perspective, was really good. She did a good job with most of the voices, including when she had to do Owen's voice, and a series of characters in London and Edinborough.Corey, who narrated from Owen's POV, was horrible. His pacing and timing was always off. He honestly sounded like an uncomfortable student actor reading from a script. His voices didn't really match up with what I thought the characters should sound like and his tone never seemed to coincide with where the story was. Even the way he announced the chapter titles was irritating.
Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?
I did listen to it in one sitting.Any additional comments?
I enjoyed this book, with my major concern being the male narrator. It still wasn't as solid as Smith's first book (The Statistical Probability of Love at First Sight), but I liked it better than her second (This is What Happy Looks Like). It was solid, but not amazing. Not as good as her first book, but still fun.

Would you recommend this book to a friend? Why or why not?
I'd recommend they go into this cautiously. It's not great but not horrible either.Would you recommend The Geography of You and Me to your friends? Why or why not?
If I know we have different taste in books maybe. (i.e.- I watch a booktuber who I notice we read similar books but books she tends to love, I think are just OK or don't like at all)What aspect of Leslie Bellair and Corey Bradberry ’s performance would you have changed?
Not have Corey Bradberry read it. His voice just didn't fit well with any of the characters. They just didn't sound how I'd picture them while reading. Leslie was wonderful though. Was The Geography of You and Me worth the listening time?
Outside of my not enjoying the male narrator, yes.It was okay
