It all began fourteen years earlier when an infant child died in fulfillment of divine prophecy, a once loyal General decided to depose his King, and when mysterious agents orchestrated the deception of the century.
Before Solomon was born, he had a brother who died in just a few days. The King and Queen were heartbroken, crying to the Lord GOD, first to save their son, and then to comfort them in their grief.
But evil forces were at work to ultimately steal the throne from King David. The conspirator, the traitor to his King and Country, was the Army of Israel's Lord High Commander, and David's uncle, Joab. Using a kingdomless Hittite Queen as an ally, Joab plotted to place his own choice for a Crown Prince on the throne, and then kill King David.
Only one thing stood in their way. The Mighty Men of David, the Gibborim, the best and most skilled warriors in the land. They were led by their own Lord High Commander of the Gibborim, the Prophet Nathan. And Nathan, too, had an ally. The Lord GOD Himself.
