True Leaders

This book is really worth 3 volumes. The author’s passion and deep knowledge of US History, the author’s humility to repent past mistakes and reconciliation with God, a journey to fulfill his dream to become a firefighter. I wish I read this book in my youth when I was about to enter full time workforce.

A great book that every new or aspiring leader should read.

An excellent book for any current or aspiring leader. Listening to the author narrate in his Jersey style was a gift in and of itself. However, the lessons provided are the true treasures that everyone needs to either learn or be reminded of. Rick is a great storyteller. He uses his experiences in the military and the fire service as well as examples from history to provide applicable life and leadership wisdom to every relationship, but especially to those who are charged with managing and leading others.
