In a word: Awesome! Linda explains the law of sympathetic resonance and vibrational frequencies of energy in clear, simple terms that make it easy to see how everything is interconnected and influences everything else within the whole of our world. very well narrated.
easy to understand.
starts off in a way that seems basic for someone who has been doing this work for years and then it advances wonderfully. This IS how frequency and manifestation actually works and I love the detail about sacred geometry and more.

Great read I think I'll rereading this book often
Really a good read that gives specifics on how to better enjoy life and how to better reach for higher self this book I would strongly recommend to anyone interested in elevation of mind and body
