Publisher's Summary

They have become a popular idiom even in secular literature, in connotative terms, of the "End Times". However, Biblically, they speak specifically of real events that will characterize an actual period of time that will appear in the future. Will that occur in our lifetime? How do we know? Do we need to prepare in some way? Or are there specific steps we should be taking?

Informative

Easy listen. Good explanations of the four horsemen that tied to scripture. I would recommend the book/listen to anyone needing to understand the times we are living in.

Good however ...

Love listening to Dr Missler and am familiar with much of his material. Great scholar. He's pretrib however which I think has a lot of biblical problems. Dr Missler's assumption in this book is that the church will be raptured before the 70th week of Daniel (7 year Tribulation) and that the church will not be here for the four horsemen of the apocalypse. Used to hold to the pretrib view but now lean toward the pre-wrath view espoused by teachers as Alan Kirschner. The biblical backing for pre-wrath (the church will be here to see the Antichrist but will be raptured before God unleashes his judgement) is much more sound and voluminous. Nevertheless I love listening to Dr Missler's conjectures and diversions. His historical and scientific gleanings are awesome and unique among biblical scholars.
