The Forum with Mansfield Frazier 2/23/20

Judge Emmanuella Groves joins the show, she is a Muny Court judge who is attempting to move up to the county appeals bench. Also joining the show was Edward Banks, who operates the Reading Ramm Academy which goes into schools and teaches the students how to use alternative forms of media to tell their story and document their history.
