“People always complain about things they have control over.”

I’m stumped. My dad complains about paying taxes on his retirement, his property, his Social Security checks, his income taxes. My cat complains when I forget to give her fresh water. People complain about the weather and the rush hour traffic.

Some ideas are realistic. Most ... sound profound but aren’t.

I liked the narrator. He read it with a straight face when I burst out laughing.

Three stars because it was entertaining but I wouldn’t recommend it for educational or self help.

I loved the introduction:) I repeat. It’s entertaining but not helpful.

The Forgotten Art of Happiness

I was given this book for free in exchange for an honest review.

I struggle with happiness. I really do. But I want to thank Ali and Frank for bringing this little book to market and making it accessible to me. It's a process, I know, but I think this is helping.

Brilliant

This book is one of the best summaries for most things that could change your mindset, has a lot of great references

The author also has an interesting background that i feel most of the people that feel displeasure with life can relate to

It's a definite recommendation to anyone that is stuck in their life and trying to find somewhere to start a change

Awesome book!

I enjoyed this audiobook so much! It's full of good information and practical tips that are easy to put to use. I highly recommend it. I found myself taking tons of notes and going back and listening to some parts again and again. I have read books on Depression before but this really seemed eyeopening. I will be recommending it to my friends!

This book was given to me for free at my request and I provided this voluntary review.
