I enjoyed the story line and the meeting of the five people in heaven. Everyone had a story to tell and each character had a purpose in his life. I loved it

I absolutely loved this book! It made me cry with each person, and I liked how it came full circle in the end. Enjoyed it very much.

I had previously read the book but listening to the story narrated by Mitch accompanied by a soundtrack was something very special. Brilliant!

A very sweet story of an oh-so-typical man who never felt he fit in. From the five characters he meets, he finally learns, he fit in exactly where he was meant to be. A good lesson for us all…

A Sweet Story

After reading/listening to Tuesday’s with Morrie, I went straight to this story. I enjoyed it but not near as much as Tuesday’s with Morrie. The end of the book was definitely a tear-jerker. It makes us all think of our own life and interactions with others.

How much depth this book has

This is the 99th book of the year 11/21/24. All the books I’ve read have been fiction. Out of all the books this was a breath of fresh air. I needed this escape

A "Ghost of Christmas" feel

Always interesting to explore what we see in our life compared to how the same circumstances appear and are experienced by others. Likeable flawed characters and insight into how we all are connected.

Read this years ago and decided to listen to it. Mitch Albom does a great job reading it with sounds and effects.

Brought me healing that I didn’t know I needed.

It was a great and peaceful book that brought comfort and peace of mind with regard to the afterlife. I pray that this was what it was like for the son that we lost five years ago. I pray that he is among the angels and that they have explained any of the things that are at him constantly. I pray that he knows how much we miss him…

Something wrong with audio recording

Great story. My only issue is with the audio. In the beginning and in the very end there are parts that skip, like a CD skipping. I found it very frustrating and was unable to listen to the interview in the end because it was skipping too much for too long.
