Not impressed

If you’re looking for a more detailed and informative book on fitness, this isn’t it. Too much fluff and quotes, totally dragged, do waste your time!

Golden Data.

The author of this book gives you the basics and the foundation of your entire fitness journey. It is imperative you read this because it might just shake a false datum you have adopted that could very well be stalling your entire progress.

brilliant book

Great book.
went through it in one go and started on my second listen.
this book is helping me to refocus and change my nutrition and training.

it was very informative, well read. i follow Brian's podcasts and Instagram and this was a great to hear him in a new format.

for anybody looking for a clear concise well researched path to an new and better life i world recommend it.
As somebody nearly 50 and only started training 7 years and hit a wall the past year i feel that i have the frame work to get back on track.

looking foward to starting my new training and lifestyle this week.

pretty standard stuff

The audible book is pretty easy to get through but there is nothing ground-breaking here. yes, if you stop eating processed foods and sugar, exercise 4 times per week with weights for an hour each time and sleep well each night for 6-12 months then your body and mind will have transformed. All true but hardly news to anybody. Also, if you were to supplement as per recommendations then you'd be down a couple of hundred bucks per month.

Highly recommended

I enjoyed this audio book so much that I listened to it in one go, all the way to the end. It's so positive and inspiring and it has given me hope that I can really achieve my goal to lose weight and be fit and healthy. Brian is a pleasure to listen to. I highly recommend this audio book.

10/10 on all aspects.

Whether you're a beginner needing to understand the basics at the gym, a more advanced trainer needing to brush up or someone looking to develop their mindset and improve themselves on their journey through life, I highly reccomend this book and Brian's new book Rewire Your Mindset. Phenomenal knowledge and outlook on life

Best Book on Fitness

Easy to understand with all the information I needed. I am achieving amazing results in just 2 weeks. Short and to the point.
Definitely recommend if you are looking to get fit and stay fit. This is NOT a diet book. It is a healthy lifestyle book.

Just adding 6 weeks in now and still going strong. Have been back and listened twice more and bought the physical book as well. Have also read 3 more since and this one is still the best.

poor dietry advice

promoting eating animal products. animal products contain carcinogens which lead to cancer. This is stated by the world health organisation. yes you need to mix your foods to get all proteins in a plant-based diet but its very easy and much better than the alternative of getting cancer or other diseases linked to eating products.
