    Paul Mauger started out as a volunteer firefighter and volunteered to be a fire dispatcher, and ultimately became the Fire Chief of Chesterfield Fire and EMS. He overcame some diversity in that journey, but I am glad to have worked for him in a couple of different positions - even when I almost wore an orange helmet.
