No, the Cincinnati Bearcats did not belong on the field with Alabama. What we saw on Friday afternoon was a display of how teams with weak schedules get exposed when playing difficult competition.

The Bearcats' signature win was against the Notre Dame Fighting Irish who had no signature win themselves, and they were beaten by both "ranked" teams they played (Cincinnati & Oklahoma State).
