Publisher's summary

After her dream job shatters like Humpty's shell, psychic Jess Callahan returns home to Nocturne Falls to put her life back together and get her career back on track. Left heartbroken years ago by a shifter, Jess keeps anything or anyone supernatural at arm's distance; even turning her back on her gift.

His career skyrocketing, falcon shifter Ryan Ford's life is just where he wants it. When the darkly handsome Ryan realizes that the one thing missing from his quiet, stay-to-himself world is the feisty red-haired Jess, he decides she'd be his perfect mate.

When Jess finally opens her heart to Ryan, she also opens her clairvoyant channel. But will their love survive her catastrophic vision?

Really enjoyed this audiobook

I really enjoyed this audiobook. Candace Colt has crafted a storyline with well crafted characters that seem more like friends. B. J. Harrison, as always, gave a wonderful performance bringing it all to life.

Monster in Law

I liked the story but wish Ryan had grew a set sooner. I want to hear more about Jess’s grandmother, she was a hoot! Great narration as always.

Really confusing

I'm over half way through the book and still have no idea what jess's gift is. And she seems completely against anything supernatural, she doesn't like what she has, what her grandmother has and definitely don't seem to like shifters. Next why the hell would you take your human friends to insomnia without telling them truth about nocturne falls... ill listen again to make sure I'm not missing stuff. But so far I just cant get into it.
