Great source material, well told

I really enjoyed this mini true crime book as it seemed to possess the right balance of non-fiction detail and filling in the blanks to make the narrative accurate to the time/place that it was written. I enjoyed the narrator too.

Sick, Sad Murder of Patricia Wlasiuk 2002

This is the sad tale of how Peter Wlasiuk planned and carried out the murder of his wife, Patricia in April 2002. She was 35 years old, a nurse at a local hospital and the mother of four children. Peter drove their vehicle off into Guilford Lake with Patricia's body already in it, and then called the police, as if he had also been in the truck. This short audio offers the details of how he discussed beforehand how easy it would be to plan a murder, making it appear as though the person had drowned, as well as all the details the night of the actual event.

Short story and to the point.

The only thing I didn’t care for was that the narrator sounded like a robot but overall not bad.

Is the narrator human?

The narration is so flat, it's hard to say. I couldn't make it through more than a few minutes, so I can't really attest to the quality of the writing, so I'm giving it 3 stars.

Where is Siri

Siri would have been a much better reader. Where’s the writing part of the “story?” It was more like a newspaper article hashed out to beat the dead line

Yikes slow down!

The story was quite interesting, but could have delved a bit deeper. The titles caught my interest but it seemed superficial and only lightly researched. Could have been better.

I really disliked the narrator. She had no color in her reading and seemed in quite a hurry to get it over with. Very sterile and mechanical. The narrator annoyed me greatly and put a damper on the entire story.
